Cancellation & Refund Policy

At KaziCo Tech (OPC) Pvt Ltd (“KaziCo,” “we,” “our,” “us”), we value transparency in our engagements. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are processed for services purchased via kazico.in.


1. General Policy

Our services involve significant planning, design, and technical effort. As such, refunds are limited and handled case-by-case, depending on project stage and scope.


2. Cancellation by Client

  • Before Project Start:
    If you cancel within 48 hours of making payment and before any work has commenced, you may be eligible for a full refund, minus any payment gateway charges.

  • After Project Commencement:
    Once project work has begun (planning, design drafts, setup, etc.), cancellation requests will not qualify for a full refund. A partial refund may be considered at our discretion, depending on the effort already invested.

  • Ongoing Monthly Plans (e.g., Business Booster, Launchpad):
    These are subscription-based. Cancellation will stop future billing from the next cycle, but amounts already paid for the current month are non-refundable.


3. Cancellation by KaziCo

KaziCo reserves the right to decline or cancel services under the following circumstances:

  • Client’s non-cooperation, delay in providing content, or breach of Terms & Conditions.

  • Misuse of services, fraudulent activities, or violation of applicable laws.

In such cases, no refund will be issued for work already completed.


4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after project initiation.

  • Delays caused by the client (e.g., late approvals, missing content, unresponsiveness).

  • Services completed and delivered as per agreed scope.

  • Free offers (e.g., complimentary domain/hosting with design plans).


5. Process for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to taha@kazico.in with your order details.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Any payment gateway charges, bank fees, or taxes deducted by third parties will not be refunded.


6. Force Majeure

KaziCo will not be liable for cancellations, delays, or non-performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including natural disasters, server outages, or regulatory restrictions).


7. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes regarding refunds or cancellations, KaziCo’s decision will be final. If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of India and subject to the courts in Mumbai.
