1. Introduction

Welcome to KaziCo Tech (OPC) Pvt Ltd (“KaziCo,” “we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of kazico.in (the “Site”) and any services provided through it. By using our Site or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site.

2. Services

KaziCo specializes in:

• Design Journey & Creative Strategy: crafting goal-oriented, audience-focused web design with mobile responsiveness and brand cohesion.

• Quality Design: delivering inclusive, on-brand experiences that resonate with audiences.

• Technology Consulting: offering end-to-end tech planning, automation, AI-driven efficiencies, and full implementation.

• Bespoke Software Development: building custom applications (e.g., e-Tender platforms, AMC tools) tailored to your workflows.

• Web Design Plans: offering packaged options such as One Pager, Multi Pager, Business Booster, and Launchpad—each with defined deliverables and pricing.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, logos, and trademarks on the Site remain the exclusive property of KaziCo unless otherwise stated. You are granted a limited, non-commercial license to access and use the Site—no broader rights are implied or granted.

4. Free Hosting, Domain & Support Offers

Our design plans may include incentives like free first-year hosting and domain, plus support. These are contingent on timely payment and active engagement. Failure to maintain payment or meet deliverables may result in forfeiture.

5. Payment & Fees

• One-Time Plans (One Pager, Multi Pager): Pay the listed lump-sum fee upfront for full delivery.

• Monthly Plans (Business Booster, Launchpad): Ongoing payments required per month, typically for 6-month contracts.
  Late or missed payments may lead to delays, suspension, or termination of services.

6. Client Obligations

Clients must provide timely feedback, content, images, and approvals. Delays from the client may extend project timelines and may incur additional charges.

7. Revisions & Additional Work

Each plan includes a defined support or revision window (e.g., “2 Months Support,” “Lifetime Support,” etc.). Additional work—such as extra pages beyond your plan or extras not included—may have additional charges.

8. Privacy & Data Use

We respect your privacy. Any personal data collected through the Site will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (linked separately). By accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

KaziCo makes reasonable efforts to provide reliable services, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free delivery. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KaziCo disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Site or our services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold KaziCo harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes not resolved amicably will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.

12. Modifications to Terms

KaziCo may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on the Site, and continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
